Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be “returned”. We still want you to be happy, so here is how refunds work at JoltFrame Studio LLC.

Digital Packs

• Not downloaded yet? Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Files faulty or not as described? Contact us within 14 days. We will fix the issue, send a replacement or refund you.
• Once files have been downloaded and work as described, the sale is final.

Membership Plans

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded any files.
• If you have downloaded files, we cannot refund the plan, but you keep everything you downloaded.
• Plans do not renew automatically, so you will never be charged again unless you buy again.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Bought the same item twice by mistake? Contact us and we will refund the duplicate.

How to request a refund

Send us your order number and the reason through our Contact page. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
