License

When you buy a plan or pack from JoltFrame Studio LLC (“we”, “us”), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files as described below. You do not own the files themselves — we keep all copyrights.

1. Personal license (Spark plans)

• Use in personal projects and on your own social media accounts, including monetized accounts.
• Not for paid advertising or for products made for clients.

2. Commercial license (Charge & Surge plans, all Digital Packs)

• Use in unlimited commercial projects of your own: YouTube, social media, ads, websites, products and paid content.
• Charge plans cover 1 brand or channel; Surge plans and Digital Packs cover all your own brands and channels.

3. Client license (Storm plans)

• Everything in the Commercial license, plus use in projects you create for clients.
• Up to 3 team members may use the assets.

4. What you may not do

• Resell, share, give away or redistribute the original files, whether modified or not.
• Upload the files to other marketplaces, template sites or stock libraries.
• Use the files in templates or tools that let others extract them.
• Use the files in unlawful, hateful or defamatory content.
• Claim the original files as your own work or register them as a trademark.

5. After your plan ends

Files you downloaded while your plan was active stay licensed for projects started during that period and may be kept in published work forever. New downloads require an active plan.
