These Terms of Service govern your use of joltframestudio.com (the “Site”), operated by JoltFrame Studio LLC. By using the Site or buying any product, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell digital products: prepaid membership plans (“Plans”) and single asset bundles (“Packs”). No physical goods are shipped.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and password. Plans are for the named user only unless your plan includes team seats.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Plans are prepaid for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and do not renew automatically. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already paid.
4. Delivery
Digital files are delivered instantly via download links after payment is confirmed.
5. License
Use of all files is governed by our License.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Fair use
“Unlimited” downloads are subject to fair use. Automated or bulk downloading, or downloading to build a competing library, may lead to account suspension.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including files, designs, text and logos, is owned by JoltFrame Studio LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright law.
9. Limitation of liability
Products are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies from its “last updated” date.
